Prior to the year 51, Rogue Squadron was assigned three regiments, which were later downsized to a single, more flexible regiment better suited to the task force's purposes. This new regiment is composed of two assault battalions, an armour battalion, and a special forces battalion numbered from First to Fourth.
As regimental deployments are not expected, the regiment headquarters is an administrative unit. It is commanded by a Colonel, with a staff of Majors, including the Company Major, who is second-in-command and responsible for intelligence, a logistics officer, medical officer and technical officer. The company major commands an additional five Captains. A company of security troops is available for deployment with headquarters at all levels. There are also around 200 support personnel, including technicians, medics and pilots.
In addition to the equipment and vehicles assigned to individual squads (such as tanks and speeder bikes), the regiment is also equipped with a variety of landing craft and repulsorlift transports which can be assigned as missions require.
Each battalion is commanded by a Major or Lieutenant Colonel, with a Company Captain, logistics officer, medical officer and technical officer, plus around 50 additional support personnel.
A battalion is composed of four companies, designated Alpha, Bravo, Champion and Delta (with the exception of the 4th Battalion, which substitutes Elite for Alpha).
|Assault Battalion||4 assault companies|
|Armour Battalion||2 armour companies
2 artillery companie
|Special Forces Battalion||3 special forces companies

A company is the basic building block of a task force, which can mixed and matched as missions require. They are commanded by a Captain, with a staff of Lieutenants, plus around 25 support personnel.
Each company consists of five platoons, numbered from 1 to 5.

Each platoon is made up of four squads of the same type, named Red, Blue, Green and Gold Squad, with the exception of the Heavy Weapons Platoon, which is split between line squads and heavy weapons squads.
