Rogue Force On arrival at Ketbrae, the fleet finds that they have been lured into a trap--the attackers are no invasion force, but a flotilla out-gunning Rogue Squadron.
Refusing to back down and risk Ketbrae's safety, Rogue Squadron's fleet engages the Imperial fleet, but faces opposition from within--Miles Fortis leads an insurrection onboard Hunter to try to return the fleet to Farpoint. Worse still, Senator Blackwing pursues them to Ketbrae and begins an assault on the renegade force.
After a protracted fight on board the ship, Fortis storms the bridge with a captured Commodore Turin, who was revealed to be controlling Fortis using his neural implants. The Major breaks free of the control, shooting Turin.
Back in control of the ship and suspecting Blackwing of foul play, Fel is able to negotiate a truce to destroy the Imperial fleet and return to Farpoint. |
