Rifles and Repeaters

BlasTech A280
The A280 is reputed to be the best armor-piercing rifle available anywhere in the galaxy. At medium range, it has been known to cut a fully-armored Imperial stormtrooper nearly in half. Still, when used during the Imperial assault on Hoth, the A280 failed top performance, but still put more than a fist-sized dent in the armor of the Imperial walkers.

BlasTech E-11
This is our standard Blaster Rifle. The E11 has a proven track record and has seen combat under both New Republic and Imperial banners. It's a highly accurate, medium range weapon useful for close quarters due to its carbine-sized length. The E11 retains the firepower of the larger blaster rifles, but the longer range of the blaster carbines.

BlasTech E-17d
This sniper rifle delivers a considerable punch over great distance, and benefits from an superior scope.

BlasTech E-Web
The E-Web is a powerful heavy repeating blaster in common use around the galaxy. It is handled by a crew of two, and is mounted on a shock-absorbing BlasTech TR-62 tripod. The weapon comes with a high-demand portable Eksoan Class-4T3 power unit and is fitted with the Gk3 cryocooler to provide continuous fire capability.

BlasTech T-21
A light repeating blaster, which is one of the most powerful blasters which can be carried and operated by a single trooper. Its tripod and power generator are easily carried, and it can be set up in thirty seconds. It allows a range of 300m and a fire rate of once per second.

Verpine Shatter Guns
Shatter guns use magnetic coils to accelerate alloy projectiles to deadly speeds, creating no noise but causing considerable damage. They are available in a variety of forms, from pistols to sniper rifles, and while not a prefered weapon, a small number are kept for special purposes.

Sidearms

Standard issue secondary weapons are the BlasTech DL-18 blaster pistol and a New Republic issue vibroblade.

Command officers are issued a sidearm of their own choosing. A number of them use a Merr-Sonn M-434 DeathHammer for its reliability and greatly improved firepower.

Cultural weapons, such as the Wookiee Bowcaster are acceptable weapons for use in combat situations.

Detonated Weaponry

Grenades
The New Republic Military uses a variety of grenades. Most common are C-22 Fragmentation Grenades and G-20 Glop Grenades, both manufactured by Merr-Sonn munitions, and Czerka Spore/B Stun Grenades. Our armouries also include Concussion, Smoke, Gas and Thermal Grenades.
We are also equipped with Merr-Sonn Trooper Minigrenade Launchers that can be slung under the barrel of an E11 blaster rifle to give the user more of a punch.

Mines
Like grenades, mines come in a range of lethal and non-lethal varieties to suit different mission parameters.

Proton Charges
High powered hand-held explosives that contain a proton core similar to a scaled down Proton Torpedo warhead. They are used for breaching ship's hulls and large demolitions.
