Biography: General Kargeen was the commander of the Steele's army and commanded the ground forces which landed on Farpoint while it was blockaded by an Imperial fleet. He negotiated the withdrawal.
Rogue Squadron met him again in the P9M-356 cloning facility, as he led forces trying to recapture it from the crazed clones, where Nick Fel tried to tell him about the Goa'uld occupying Steele. He was used as a hostage to escape the base.
When Rogue Squadron later rescued an informant from Ankhron, they were surprised to find it was Kargeen. When Steele decided to invade the Imperial Remnant, Kargeen realised he was indeed not who he claimed to be, and gave Rogue Squadron the information they needed to stop the invasion.
Still refusing to pledge his loyalty to the New Republic, Kargeen was held in a prison colony for cooperative defectors. He is believed to have escaped in 51:4.
