Biography: Nobody really knows where Tolwan was born, or how he ended up in the New Republic Army, but Rogue Squadron officers swear by his ability to procure any weapon they may need, be it legal, or on the shadier side of the law. He can be found most often in the bowels of the Farpoint complex, where the main Rogue Squadron Armoury resides.
