Biography: Bella was born and raised on Earth, in the southern United States, eventually working for various government agencies, starting with the United State's Library of Congress, and moving onto organizations such as the FBI, CIA and NID, all of whom had much use for her organisational.

Through the NID, she was introduced to the SGC. She had been involved in the project less than a month when she was introduced to a Nick Fel, who asked her to join the Intelligence division of Rogue Squadron.

After several years in Rogue Squadron, she resigned her commission and returned to Earth.
