Biography: Rob Roy, a skilled member of the US Intelligence Community, was part of the SGC's original Alpha List. He was later transferred to New Republic Intelligence as part of Rogue Squadron's officer exchange program and served as a Senior Intelligence Analyst.

He returned to Earth shortly after the Battle of Kurava.
