Biography: As a Colonel, Malphus was Steele's liaison to the Goa'uld. He was in command of the Imperial forces at Jannron and oversaw the torture of Nick Fel. He was later promoted to General and given command of their secret bio-weaponry facility. Malphus caught Fel out while he was undercover - but didn't live long enough to reveal his identity.
Before his death and unknown to him, High Admiral Steele took tissue samples and flash learning patterns from Malphus, intending to use them in his newly discovered cloning facility to create new commanders for his forces.
