Biography: Haltcan was an Imperial pilot who flew under the command of Nick Fel. After Fel defected, he continued to rise through the ranks before moving to fleet command.
He was briefly given command of Steele's Advanced TIE Project, but was demoted to captain of the Victory Star Destroyer Free Fire when the project was compromised.
His ship was discovered over Rheilnor and captured. Refusing to defect, he was incarcerated with other Imperial prisoners of war, but was killed during an attempted jailbreak several years later.
