Biography: Carcer was an unstable NRI Ghost who accompanied Mike Burn on a mission to Yaga Minor, and was believed killed there. He later resurfaced in command of a group of rogue NRI agents who were using the Stargate for their own ends. A mission was launched to find and stop him, leading Rogue Squadron again to Rheilnor.
When stabbed with a blade containing the essence of a dragon, taken from the planet Necropolis by Cleo Shurtz, Carcer merged with the being, and fled the planet, taking Lora Cerdeth captive.
Carcer was killed when Mike Burn took the remaining Ghosts after him to rescue Lora.
