Biography: Conta's interests led her to leave her homeworld to study chemistry. Barred from many centres of learning due to her species, Conta took a number of menial jobs in order to to advance her studies. Not much is known of her activities from that point until she joined the Rebellion just before the battle of Endor. Her chemistry skills were noted, and she was given various assignments in R&D, the latest being Rogue Squadron's research facility in the Unknown Regions. An investigation into sabotage revealed that Conta and a fellow researcher were using their positions to gain access to weaponry and equipment used in the sabotage. Piki never admitted to her reasons to turn traitor and saboteur. She was also infected by a form of the virus, causing her to become hallucinatory. She attacked her guards while in a manic rage and was killed.
