A site is found for Rogue Squadron's own base and is named Farpoint. The Star Destroyer Hunter is assigned to them permanently.
Under the guise of Intel training, Mike Burn departs on a month-long mission into Imperial Remnant territory.

Rogue Squadron relocates to the Farpoint site, but is attacked on the way by Imperial forces using an Interdictor Cruiser. Although they sustain heavy losses, Rogue Squadron destroys the Imperial forces and escapes.

Construction of Farpoint Base is hampered by the discovery of workers that have been taken over by Goa'uld.

Mike Burn and Anton Moore lead a mission to capture a Cheops Warship from Vyen, with the assistance of Jacob Carter.
Farpoint is attacked by Goa'uld and Imperial forces. The Cheops Warship arrives during the battle, and the attack is repelled when they detonate the ship's naquadah reactor.

Farpoint is fully opened, with most systems online. The Third Army Division arrives at Farpoint.

Imperial forces attack a Rogue Squadron Intelligence outpost, and are foiled by Ashleigh.
Defend Farpoint
On returning to Farpoint, Ashleigh finds it under attack--the other assault was a diversion. The attack is repelled when Hunter returns, bringing with it the first squadron of the new E-Wing starfighter.

Escort Nemhain
The arrival of the frigate Nemhain sees the launch of Rogue Squadron's Research and Development division, under the command of Ilexa Thorn. The ship is attacked by pirates en route, and barely escapes.
Training Mission
Rogue Squadron goes on a training mission to Alpha Centauri, destroying a Ja'ffa outpost and bringing back a strange device found inside a statue.

A tactical decision is made that Rogue Squadron requires an Interdictor Cruiser which the New Republic will not supply, so a mission is launched to capture one from Imperial Forces. This is successful, and it is renamed Nirvana.
Rogue Squadron discovers that Steele has revived an old Imperial project involving droid fighters. The facility producing these is destroyed, preventing any more Experimental TIEs being manufactured.
